Its more a 3.5 star from me. I got there about 30 min after it opened and was helped relatively quickly but listening to my peers, who were sitting in line after I got there and who have been there before, talking i got the feeling that they were in for a whole day of waiting. There isnt much order to who is next up to be helped and no real information as to procedure when you get there so you would have to sit in line and hope you get helped by the right person for the right issue. Other than that the staff was very helpful- not exactly super friendly but they were helpful which is all one can ask for

Absolutely amazing service. Employees are polite and know what they are doing. I got asissted within 5 minutes.

Worst university. When it comes to registration prepare yourself for stress and problems. Prepare yourself for mistakes made due to bad administration which will cost you dearly.Bad service, no help from student councilors - JUST A WASTE OF TIME.If I knew what I know now. I wouldve never signed up.

This branch never answers phone calls. Even when Ive been to visit the branch in person, you can see them watch the phone ring and just sit there and not answer it.

Excellent service!! Ive called the branch office atleast 10 times in the past week and my call was answered every time and the issues I had were all resolved promptly.

Overwhelmingly understaffed and extremely long lines you can wait up to 2 hours in. System is terrible. Staff is friendly, but we need a change please.

Its efficiently updated with the pictures of the place I was looking for showing some of the objects in the vicinity

They very helpfull at the offices except the fact that they dnt answer the office landline if you phone them.
