Terrible costumer service. It took me from 9:05am till 4:50pm to book a technician to come to sort the issue out. They promised to give a call back, they never did. I had to phone every 2 hours to get an update on the issue. Eventually they told me it took longer because the decision depended on 2 people: one was on holiday in Ireland and the other on holiday. The issue happened on Friday, the earliest they will be able to help is on Tuesday. I do not recommend them.

No problems ever since i start using they service.

Service was excellent, fast, trustworthy, up to about a month ago, the phone rings forever just for no one to answer or whoever answers does not give proper sales or technical advice, lady by the name of Kaylen Pannifer physically starts sighing at you over the phone, if you dare complain and the problem cant be resolved by the bosses, your number is blocked on their phones, negative reviews are removed, thats why they dont allow reviews on their FB page, equipment is put up where they want to resulting in no coverage in certain parts of the house then you must pay a call out just for them to adjust it, internet not reliable for online work

Efficient service

I would not recommend this company. I am paying for a 6MBPS line but only getting 2mbps. Then when I complain, I get threatened that they are going to cancel my subscription and will be collecting the router and dish from my property a week before the end of the month. So besides pathetic service and not providing a paying customer what they are actually paying for, they decided to cancel a monthly subscription a week before the time. Once again, instead of coming out to test their line, they will rather just have the problem go away by cancelling, without the customers consent, the subscription a full week before the time. So again, the customer loose! DISGUSTED!!!
