Not spacious to accommodate a group of more than 20 children, not ideal for a party. Kids play areas must be able to accommodate the energy-related to 6year Olds and under. No good air circulation and during the time of use there was an unpleasant smell. This place need drastic improvement on basic facility management

Really nice play area for the kids. They keep it tidy throughout the day. Very secure since there is only one way in and out so you dont have to constantly worry. The menu is also affordable.

Great indoor play area for children with different sections for different ages, with lots to do, great variety and well maintained. Safe, clean, well equipped. Fast and friendly service, friendly dedicated staff. Prices are really affordable. We will definitely recommend it and be back all the way from Benoni.

Booked online. Got to the venue, they had no record of our booking. Small children have to play amongst big children who should be playing seperate. Had to supervise the whole time as these children are too rough to play amongst small children.

It is a good play area for kids and has different sections for age groups. Its also clean. My rating is because of the service I received. I have been there twice. The first time was on a Saturday and the service was terrible, felt invisible as a customer and had to constantly call out waiter to either take our order or to clean the table. The second time I went there was on a public holiday. It was quiter but the service was still sub par. When I paid it showed that the money went through on my account but gave an error on their machine. Usually in this case there is a reversal almost immediately. The waiter said I had to pay again but the money was not in my account anymore. She called the manager /owner who brought his laptop to show me it was unsuccessful on their side and I showed him it went through on my side. All he said was he will go with the bank on this one and left. I felt very disrespected as a customer and will unfortunately not go to this place again. I literally drove all the way from jhb and even invited my family to come with but felt devalued by his response.

Fun for the kids. Free wifi for the parents. They serve beverages and light meals. Go early, especially on those hot summer days.. can get really hot in there.

Me and my daughter of one year and seven months went and had a mommy and me day out! We had so much fun and the food and drinks were unbelievably delish! Staff was so helpful and friendly!! We will be definitely be there more often!

Fun place. They have an especially fun area for toddlers.We had breakfast while our sons were playing. They food was goodnand coffee was okay.The floor is a little slippery for the plastic push bikes the kids play on. But otherwise we had a good experience.

The staff is friendly and help wherever they can especially if your a mommy alone with two kids. So many areas to play for the little ones and the food from the Café is so yummy.

We called them to ask if they were open, they said they were open. They made no mention of needing to make a booking, Once we arrived suddenly a booking was needed. I would not recommend this place, they need to work on their service and communication.
