And this is how you turn a negative customer experience around into a new loyal customer.I had a brazilian done at Colour Lab. This isnt my normal salon as Im only in George every couple of months.I had a really pleasant time at the salon with lots of friendly people and a ridiculously cute doggie. However, the results were not what I expected as my hair was still somewhat frizzy and I was quite disappointed. Normally I just never go back to the same place rather than complain and risk a conflict situation, but after a lot of thought I decided that maybe something went wrong and I could prevent something similar from happening to someone else (as everyone knows, brazilian treatments dont come cheap).I wrote Stefan a message stating what had happened and fully expected a nasty response (if I even got one). However, he came back to me quickly, friendly and proceeded to patiently explain how newer generations of brazilian treatments dont contain formaldehyde which is harmful to both customers and staff. This works fine for most customers, but on some customers a stronger formula needs to be reapplied due to their hair type. He also offered to fix it for free once Im back in town.Th professionalism displayed and pleasant way the situation was resolved has made me a customer for life. Highly recommend.

Julia is the best of them all...... Besides that she really care for each of her clients, her knowledge about haircare, styles, preventing damage to long limp fine hair (like mine!) And sametime give you a brand new look......it all adds up to make her the most popular hairdresser in George! I always thought I had the best in Gauteng- but now I see and experience hairsalon knowledge that only years of experience can bring. That said, Julia is that and much much more! Strongly recommended does not even start to cover Julias traits. Thank goodness for founding her!.

AMAZING!! This was the best experience Ive had in a salon in a very very long time. Stefan is very skilled and passionate about his work. The staff there make you feel very comfortable and its easy to trust them with your hair because they really listen and understand their clients wants and needs as well as what is possible with their hair. The price is extremely reasonable considering the excellent quality of the products and the skill level of the staff (not to mention the delicious and very pretty complimentary coffees offered during treatment.) I will be back as often as I can (I live overseas usually, but anytime I am in George, or even South Africa, I am going to make a point of going here to get my hair done.) if you need your hair cut, colored, or styled, I highly recommend you go here. You wont regret it!
