I called and made reservations a day before but when I got there it was like they were never notified. No Air conditioner, no iron (I was asked what do I need it for) when I ask the guy he told me I complain too much and no one has ever complained about the service. I was given a blanket with Dog fur and was told Im only staying for few days so I dont need the things Im complaining about. I straight up told him Im never coming back. It was just poor.

The most peaceful place to be, de-stress and unwind. Natural Healing at its best. Take a break and book a few days here for a true wellness getaway mentally and physically. Well done.

I stay here several times. Long term (6 month) as well as for vacation. By myself and with my family.That place is a beautiful spot to relax and explore the surroundings. Staff and owner are really kind and help you to solve any concern you may have. I can only recommend this place and next time I´m in George I will stay here again.

The owner went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. I recommend this Lodge. Not only is the place beautiful neat and tranquil but their rates are much cheaper too.

The lodge is set in a big garden with big trees therefor gives a country side feel. The new building added on is fabulous. Always a pleasure to visit. Close to town and malls.

The garden route is breathtaking and this place is amazingly special! In the heart of George lies this beautiful little guest house with a garden that never ends, swimming pool, conference facilities, lounges for extreme relaxation and rooms that full up your heart with warmth. Theres also a tennis court for guest who enjoy being active. The staff members here are always friendly, always eager to help and make their guest feel as comfortable and happy as possible. For guest who enjoy a social gathering, the restaurants are 5 minutes away, Victoria Bay beach is also a small drive a long with all the many attractions George has to offer. Do yourself a favour one weekend!

Awesome, beautiful place

Beautiful and Peaceful

Very disappointed in Glenwood Lodge. The boys and hockey 1st teams spent the holidays there. Discussion was done on time. When children arrived on the bus after about 14 hours, they had to wait another hour and a half for their beds to be fixed. Boys had to share double beds and they were very crammed into one room. The food they gave young active boys was far too low and not always on time. It really is not for a parent who is in another Province to experience such things.

Fair prices. Great people. All over done again
