Was quiet busy when I was there recently. This is one of the better supermarkets in the area to shop at.

Its well organised. Very clean. And it had all the products I and my family needed, so Im very satisfied😁

They were struggling slightly with items being out of stock over Christmas, but the staff where very friendly and helpful.

I must say that it is a good experience visiting Garden Route Mall, the people are so friendly, they are really good ambassadors for George.

I have never been treated so rudely by 2 Xhosa ladies, one behind the till and one packing, with such a bad attitude as well. (Please go back to Queenstown if you dont like it in the Garden Route! You spoil the experience!) I will never shop there again. 👎

Terrible... 4 tellers on for month end.. Queues are endless.. No express tills, 2 people in front of me dumped their stuff and I also ended up abandoning my goods...

Poor customer service by security to close the shops door in my face and tell me the shop is closed was literally one foot in the door. Asked to speak to the manager and he refused. Please teach your staff proper customer service.

I had to wait for the manager to do a refund, called her 3 times personally, her answer to me as client, I can wait, she cant leave the money like that. I told her Im in a hurry and she can lock her office. She told me she is alone and I can wait. Did not even apologise! Never experienced anything like this before! Staff was great! Just the manager!
