Nice variety of goods. Struggling to shop online though. Wont let me check out more than 10 items. Other than that, no problem. Friendly, speedy employees.

I would visit this store everyday if I could,I do get a bit lost in the store if I dont buy my regular items, but the staff is more then willing to help.There is always some kind special happening in store and the prices are definitely not expensive.

Dont trust the reps that confront your company , they lie and catch you with their sweet talk. The worst company to deal with, lawyers will follow you and you wont hear the end of it.

Some real bargains. Majority of staff appear not to care whether they have clients or not. Having personal conversations and looking customers up & down when you have to squeeze past to get through the shelves.Cashiers were efficient but bad at packing bags and nobody even mentioned LOYALTY CARDS or shoppers benefits. Not enough care taken to safety & security of customers during current renovations. You leave with the impression that all their effort goes into advertising and the coin bargain is all you walk out with.

Overall the shopping experience was good.Well stocked, great specials and helpful staff.Deducted a star as they were under staffed at cashiers and waiting to pay took very long.Was my first time, so might just be a one time occurrence. Will update the review after next visit.

No coffee/tea sachets or sugar tubes on shelf. Staff not helpful couldnt find serviettes where paper products were. Tried to order online before, but their website is now terrible. The old one was much better. Waste of time.

I found the place very clean. Prices are not that great, could get more things at a normal grocery store for alot cheaper. There are a lack of shelf talkers, especially at the frozen section. Most annoying to ask constantly how much the product costs. There can be more potential, just not managed or competition is not constantly checked. Maybe it was just a bad day when I was there.

Very slow service at the paypoint

A few weeks ago, my son (5) knocked over a bottle of Jalapeno sauce. Knowing that it was his fault, he started crying because we had to pay for it. Fortunately, manager 1 came and told him that it is okay and accidents happen. A few minutes later, he returned with a kiddies drink to comfort him as my son would not stop crying. 10 minutes later, manager 2 appeared and said that she heard the story and wanted to give him a chocolate as well. And to top it off, my daughter (2) was also in the cart, but the managers knew that what the one got, the other also had to get. #kidslogic.My kid ended up leaving The Grocery Express knowing that it is not good to break things in a supermarket, but that accidents happen and it is okay. Thank you to the Grocery Express team for understanding the situation and acting friendly towards my kid who was clearly distraught. :)

Good shop for bulk buying. They have good specials and their prices are very competitive. Entrance to the shop is a bit small as well as limited parking. All and all it is a good shopping experience.

This is a great place for catering and guest house supplies. Prices are extremely reasonable with weekly specials available all the time. I like the idea that I can purchase a small variety of jams, flavoured teas, etc in small quantities. From quantities of 20 in a packet is so helpful, and one can purchase alot more products. I found the staff very helpful and shelves are well stocked.

I love the inexpensive and necessary stock items, whether gof the restaurant or home use, and the staff are always so friendly and willing to help.

Whether you are buying for your home or business they will be able to help. Very busy as a result of their good pricing. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Always bringing in new products and have regular promotions. They just need more trolleys, and isles a bit narrow.
