Friendly staff and good prices

Always lots of stock. Clean and well kept. Friendly staff. I ALWAYS buy food for birds here. Prices are also good!

Everything you need in the store, plenty of people helping and the accessibility was super easy.

Good have little bit more personnel between the different departments or sections witch was not marked. You have to search the shop for items.

Whilst visiting my husband I asked the staff in the water pump department for advice on products. We where very impressed by the staff who where very happy to help. They not only knew and understood the product, but also took time to explain various issues and give us informed advice. Their pleasant helpful manner impressed us immensely, my husband who is very a tuned to customer service and the value of it to a company, believes they are standing a head and shoulders above the rest. our compliments to Agri Land for their approach to Customer Service

Doesnt matter if you a builder, farmer, DIY-er, or a general Joe. You can almost find anything you need at the Agri. Friendliest knowledgable staff, and its always a quick, in and out visit.... zero struggling.

Most of the time there is 1 or 2 friendly staff... lots of agrigoods, some delicious rusks and they also do have a range of clothes and shoes with very good quality!

Went to Agri specifically for work shoes. There is not a big variety to choose from. The saleswoman was not as helpful and griendly as expected. On the other hand there is anything else you can dream of. Always nice to visit.

It is a pleasure to visit a business with friendly and helpful staff. They have everything you might need for gardening, farming, etc... You will also find overalls and shoes to use in agriculture.

Even though the store stocks a great variety of products the staff isnt always helpful. More times than not they stand around chatting to each other and when we ask for help we only get pointed in the direction of the possible isle. We have had the odd occasion however where the service was really good

People normally spend 15mins here looking for things inside the shop. Doesnt matter if you ask someone for assistance, you wont be assisted. they pass the buck, no that guy can help. so much for supporting SA franchises. The greatest difference is that when I walk into builders, without shoes a sales person will approach and ask if he can assist. Builders MIGHT be more expensive but for the level of service I receive my money is better spent there. Im sure if I feel this way there are more people that feel very similar. Luckily you as Agri have a massive base of farmers so walk-in customers dont take priority and if this is the case then you might as well close the doors and make it a online, order-collect/deliveries hub.

I just love the smells that remind me of the general dealer of yesteryear. Get all your gardening, general hardware and many items not found at the supermarket.

Great variety of products and the prices are vary fair

Store has greatly improved and carry good brands. It is centrally located and the atmosphere is about what you would expect. Stock and ordering are lacking at best, and although stock on hand have improved slightly, the ordering of products is still all but impossible. Pricing is slightly expensive, but staff are helpful and friendly. This store carries almost anything you could need for agriculture or gardening, when they have stock.

Pathetic!!!!!!!! Bought a LKS jaffel maker cast iron the item is faulty. Its not food nor an electrical item yet they refuse to exchange the item. The so called manager cant even get the latch open that closes the unit. Ooh sorry we cant exchange your item. You can keep your business, paid full price for a item that does not even work. YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR !!!!!!!!!!
