A super shop with excellent service

Bought a fridge which was great because of the ice and water on tap. Except it did not wirk. We had five repair guys come out to fix it each time it took days to see a repair. Eventually paid for an upgrade on the dud fridge they sold us only to have them deliver THE WRONG FRIDGE..... then bring us the correct one the day after. From beginning to end it was a frustration lasting 3 weeks.

Saw an advert in the Knysa Herald from CAW Third Generation advertising the sale of a two seater recliner with a centre consul which is used for internal storage of snacks. The upper part has 2 cup holders for your drinks. This product was reduced by 50 percent on a sale. I contacted them by phone and purchased the product. I live in Willowmore which is 170km away from George however the sales consultant went out of his way in assisting me with the conclusion of my purchase. I travelled to George to collect my purchase and was pleasantly surprised to see what an amazing selection of furniture and household goods are kept in-house at the store. I definitely recommend CAW Third Generation. Quality and customer satisfaction is high on their agenda
