I had my sofa covers dyed at Ditz Dye and am extremely disappointed with the results. The covers shrunk. Had to wet the covers to try get them to fit, but still doesnt fit properly, and some of the covers do not fit at all. The owner forgot one of my pillows cases in the machine and it didnt get dyed together with the other covers. So I had a dark grey sofa with one light grey pillow. After dyeing it again she was unable to match the colour and told me she will not refund me as the colour is different because of sun damage.  The colour difference has NOTHING to do with sun damage, it has to do with the fact that she dyed the one pillow separately. The covers also came back tie dyed. I dropped my covers off at her business on 14 June and finally received all my covers back on 29 July, this is a long time when I was originally told I would have them back within a week. I told my friend about my terrible experience  today and she let me know that her mother-in-law also had her sofa covers done there at the start of the year and also had a terrible experience. This made me realize how important a thorough review is and hope that my review can help someone from making the  same mistake we did.
