I got calls regarding unpaid hospital bills without even proof of the said bill. Upon requesting the bill, doctor patient confidentiality was cited... i advised i am providing my permission to obtain this bill and still i received a long lecture together with a list of what they needed me to send to them. Very unprofessional. Incredibly ignorant and i dont even want to think how people not aware of their rights are taken for a ride.
