Very poor work from this office you sit for 3 hours outside in the cold to be helped is there no other way to opperate there...

These people work as hard as they can with only a third of the staff. I take my hat of for them working so with the public

When visiting 1st time, they give you a appointment card for 2 months later, no information what to bring with. Came there on appointment day I was given instructions to wait in a certain row, only to find out after 2 and a half hour it is the wrong row. Change to other side and wait another 4 hours to be helped. Only in about 5 minutes and then told wat information I needed.

Long queues but very efficient and friendly staff.

The SASSA office in George is usually very busy but helpful and knowledgeable staff make a visit en durable. Very early morning a d later afternoon visits are advised. Enquire for days of the processing of specific pensions. Be prepared for a long wait and make sure that you bring with all the required documents. Very old a d disabled people should preferably be accompanied.

Disappointed have to be reviewed for pension yet I contributed to paying tax all my life.... I only stopped working 5 yrs ago... this not fair seems now I have to beg for my yrs of contributing to tax. ...
