Absolutely useless!!!I bought the Travelite Groove II suitcase set from their Frasers Luggage store in the Pavilion Shopping Centre, and on my 10th day of travel of my 1st business trip with it, the zip system failed on the 1 bag. I returned the suitcase to the store for repairs, and it was sent to your office in Johannesburg. I was told it would be ready in 2 weeks, but received no notice. So, I phoned to follow up. Suitcase was returned to the Pavilion store supposedly fixed 3,5 weeks later and I was told to collect it, which I did, however, they had not repaired anything, and it was still in the same broken condition, which the store never checked. Insisted that they replace it with a new suitcase, and they said they had no stock, so they had to order it, which took another 3 weeks to obtain. However, they never notified me that it had arrived in the store, and I only learnt that because I called back again for the 3rd time. Gave them my address to deliver the new case, and they promised a courier would deliver it on Tuesday, but they never arrived. I phoned back for the 4th time on Thursday, and they claimed the courier had collected it for delivery...but 8 weeks later I am still waiting. The repair centre is useless and Eugene in the Pavillion store is useless. I will never buy another thing from Frasers Luggage...what a mistake!

Next time when you sale please try to arrange for shades. Those queues are long and take time standing in the sun. But overall, good quality clothes for reasonable prices
