I sent my coffee machine in for a service on March the 8th thinking it was going to be a few days at most as it just needed a service and to repair the milk frother. Well, a little under 3 months later on the 7th June, I finally got my coffee machine back.The service I received was unprofessional and the communication was very poor. I got little to no news on what was happening with my coffee machine, and I always had to ask for an update myself.Not only that, but my coffee machine was sent away to Johannesburg without informing me at all. I only found this out on the 19th of April (again only after I followed up). More than a month of continually asking where my coffee machine was and requesting it be returned to George, fixed or not, I finally got it back.This whole experience was so frustrating! Im never going to service my coffee machine with them again.
