The one star is for the gentleman who came to collect my Grandfathers body. He deserves all five stars as he was so compassionate and arrived so quickly despite my grandfather passing away in the early hours of the morning. As for the rest of the service that we as a family experienced from AVBOB in George...it was traumatic to say the least. No condolences were offered. Martie did not even get up or shake my parents hand to greet them they arrived at AVBOB on the day my grandfather passed away. Each page of his ID book was callously stamped with the DECEASED stamp in front of my parents. My parents were sent on a wild goose chase to Home Affairs. Martie was rude and unfeeling. Almost a week after my parents had paid, she bluntly inferred that she had yet to receive payment. We requested to know when my grandfather would be cremated and were denied this. It took almost two weeks for him to be cremated and we were only then informed that the cremation had taken place after the fact. Please save yourself the trauma and DO NOT use AVBOB George.

Well I take my mom to pay her premium.and they helped her in a friendly way to get it on debit order and they look after the loved ones who lost someone.

Martie is a star. Very professional and knows what to do. Compassionate and caring. Id definitely recommend AVBOB as funeral directors
