Very difficult to get throug to the parts ir wirkshop department via phone. After ONE day of phoning to order parts, they called back. I got excellent service once i went to order and pay the parts myself, but definately they need more staff at these two departments. Complimants to the switchboard whivh was handled very profesional.

The service at Stanmar motors is amazing. Gert and Alred went the extra bit to make sure customer satisfaction is accomplished. Thank you!

Not too bad. But a 45 minute wait for a part to be delivered from spares within the same building is not acceptable. Simply shows that customers are not important. When I complained, it was fetched in 1 minute, so there was never a reason for the customer inconvenience.

We were on holiday travel and our jeep lost power near George. We called ahead and booked in at Stanmar for emergency assistance. Friendly professional staff. They helped us immediately and got us back on the road in about 2 hours. Thank you Stanmar for helping us. You guys rock!

Service department very slow to respond to emails. Takes long to get a quote.

Marlene has a difficult job to do....probably let down by staff. I had my car in for a service, but had to wait until the paperwork was done to take it. My car went in on Friday and could only collect it on the Monday. Got home Monday afternoon only to discover that the door (left passenger front) had made a noise! It was there last year October for the same thing. Took in again 2 March and Got back Friday. They should give courtesy cars like they do at Continental Cars Port Elizabeth. (BMW) for each and every service. Guess what the paperwork was still not ready when I collected my car on Friday!!!

WORST EVER SERVICE!!! Took my car in for a minor service. Car was booked for 12-00. I arrived 11:40 and was quoted 4 hours service time...at 16:30 I arrived and waited waited and was told several times just a few more minutes it will be done. I desided to check for myself just to discover that it look like they only started with the car on my arrival...I got my car at 17:45....Will never ever go back to them....

Head Office should intervene here, I am dumbstruck by the aloof manner in which things have been dealt with (more accurately not dealt with) I will in my life never enter another Mercedes dealership in my life. Totally disappointed and disgusted!!!!
