Bad service, would not recommend for covid testing. Went for a COVID test and after not hearing back from them for two days we called and found out they had messed up the test and we need to go back for a re-swab. Finally got my results after five days.

I only rate this company 3 stars the reason being that we were referred to Pathcare by our GP. When we got to Pathcares office to take the swabs we stood outside their front door until a security guard came and informed us that we need to inside the Pathcare offices. But the 2 ladies in the Pathcare saw standing in front of their offices but not inform us to come inside because apparently the other tenants around the Pathcare testing offices do not want people standing close to their offices (Which can understand) There at least 8 people total who were in Pathcares offices which made me very nervous. I asked the lady if we could stand outside the building which a few metres from their office door. She informed me that they not come call us when our turn came to take the swabs and that we must sit in their offices what seemed to me pretty cramped up and made me very nervous

Pathetic. Super spreader central.

Please DO not use alcohol based sanitizer in RBT bottles that is clearly marked Water based, I have a hand condition and you are using RBT name and not their product

My wife had to go in for blood tests.worker greeted very friendly and helped effectively and quick.blood was also taken in a short time.clean place.

Neat facility for all your referred pathology needs. Fairly efficient as well except if you have to pay an account.. reduced a star for the grumpy lady there.

If you make the mistake of going here just before closing, they will not help a paying customer. Not sure why the door is still open then?
