Great service have the parts when needed

The spares supplied was correct. We however had to wait outside. It took a long time to get assistance. When we got our turn with a sales person he and another staff member was busy with admin or something else on the computer. We had to wait some more... This was annoying as one expects to be assisted when you eventually get a turn with a sales person.

The staff arent the friendliest but a great availability of parts.

Always problems with their land lines, if you walk in, they say SORRY LAND LINE PROBLEMS. WILL THIS EVER BE SORTED OUT??? This way you ate l9ssing clients every min of the day.

I have to say that if it wasnt for their one staff member i would have given it less rating. This gent goes out of his way. The rest at least you can acknowledge a customer or greet to say the least

I buy BMW parts from them quality and service is good because auto zone parts are bad quality . Example water pump auto zone lasted 26000km and seals went. BMW dealer genuine part are so expensive.

I dont know the names of the names of the 2 guys that helped me...but they went off there way to help.I bought globes for my car and upon checking what globes i should use...the 1 guy notice the sound that my car made wasnt what is should be and assisted me in a way i nvever thought.Thanks again

Worst experience by far, purchased parts, paid for it, sent POP, and they do not release an urgent parcel to courier. And says they never checked the mail, after asking me to mail them, would definitely not recommend them.

Exceptionally well laid out motor spares warehouse. The general public have zero access to the floor area. There are no public toilet facilities whatsoever and if you request the use of the staff facility you are turned down with an emphatic NO. The service is acceptable but the staff attitude towards the customer needs to be addressed. They know their products but they dont have any people skills. NO paraplegic parking at entrance. To depart from the parking area is a nightmare as you need to enter the mainstream traffic. There is nothing wrong with the purchased products however everything else is wrong about this business. Be careful.
