Over the years gone by, I have been to a number of audiologists. After being referred to Distinct Hearing by the ENT, I met Jonathan and his team.Jonathan is passionate about what he does and explains everything very patiently. To find someone passionate about what they do and reflect it in their work is very rare but at Distinct Hearing, we found someone who is just that.Jonathon managed to connect with our daughter and gain her trust for him to test her ears and look at a hearing aid in a positive manner. (His mannerism in talking to our daughter at her level and changing a negative situation into a good one is what made this experience so much easier for her and refers to Jonathan as the Good Doc)He goes above and beyond what he needs to do to ensure that all needs of your child are met in making her surroundings better and day to day activities easier. (Meeting or chatting with teachers and peers, communication with ENT specialist and answering of emails and questions we have)His patience in explaining, helping, and supporting us as parents in making the best decision for our daughter without ensuring a sale at the end of the day is not heard of and one that we are grateful for.Jonathan, you are an asset in your field and we wish you a successful year ahead and grateful to have someone like you assist our daughter with the road ahead.
