Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Im stranded in George without my passport & credit card which they wont issue a new one to me even though i have shown multiple kinds of identification but they refuse to help me because i am a foreigner.This was the last drop.

I had been to this branch only a few times before whilst being a customer woth fnb for 22 years. I waited with a ticket number for 1 hour and 45 minutes before being attended to. They told me that George is not a big enough city to do a ID card and proceeded to eat his lunch in front of me after waiting patiently for 1 hour and 45 minutes.Secondly I ordered a new credit card on the 27th October and was told it would be delivered between 3 - 4 working days. Its now the 4th of November and still not even a text message to say it would be ready. I phoned the number which directs you to Johannesburg only to be told by the very nice lady that its was issued on the 29th October already! Poor performance, really bad service has me not wanting to go to this branch ever again.

Trying to speak to consultant at garden route mall FNB. Being told by operator at call centre that i will have to go in. Bad service.
