A security guard at FNB George street helped a homeless man to work an atm to access his Sassa money. They money took time to become available so she told him that his account was not there and to go to the post office. In the meantime the money appeared and the security guard took it.This fact was confirmed by the security cameras .FNB told the homeless guy to lay a charge with the SAP and took no further interest. This he did but the chances of anything happening are slim. He has no address or phone. I phoned the FNB fraud line got no where ie bounced around and was given the number of the ethics department which turned out to be the wrong number.A homeless man has no hope against FNB and the parable of the good samaritan was a waste of time for these systematic days. My hope is that someone at FNB or the SAP will do the right thing.
