We have only had great service and they have always gone that extra mile for us in our emergencies. Living in Calitzdorp and running accommodation, they have endevoured to repair our washing machine and vacume in a day ! Highly recommended

DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Here is why:1. They are deceitful(they lie constantly)2. They do not know what they are doing.3. They are very unprofessional.4. They are not helpful at all.5. If you are a woman on your own, THEY WILL lie, cheat, deceive and steal from you.I had my oven there for repairs, they didnt fix the element, they installed it upside down, the oven came back not working and i was still charged for it. Forget about trusting ANYONE at this company. And to top it off they make you wait weeks for your equipment before they return it. PLEASE do not use this company, this is the type of company that wrecks the industry. This is the type of company that takes advantage because they think they can.

Was looking for a new deal for my pressure cooker and was battling to find one. I live in the out sticks of the Karoo and can get absolutely zero spares here for appliances so have to shop online most of the time. I happened to pass electrical appliance centre and WOW to my surprise they actually stocked my seal. I bought 2 and am very happy with the service and friendly owners who saw to my needs.
