From personal experience on 3 occasions this company is only interested in doing business if youre having a huge installation done/ spending a lot of money. I went there with radio that didnt work after installation - they charged for installing a new antenna, when it still didnt told me my radio is too cheap to work properly. Obtaining a second opinion showed the radio was in fact faulty. A friend had an exact same experience. They do not really care on fixing anything - only new installations.

First sound installation: Powerflow2nd re-installation a week later: Xtreme Audio.Here is my experience:Xtreme Audio: Courtesy drop off for clients.Powerflow: No lift, your problem.Xtreme Audio: Installed 2x Rockford Subs in boot, and fixed wiring plus split system.Powerflow: Made me install a R3000 under-seat sub, split system, and messed up wiring.(Said they will refund if unsatisfied. Installer waited two days after complaint about sound to phone his boss for the refund. Made me wait an hour that day, did not install the new sub and amp I bought for the 2nd booking, and no refund for their poor advice qmd negligence in the end.)Xtreme Audio: Successfully wired Front Loader to ignition.Powerflow: Could not install due to vehicle being an automatic, which would not work according to them.Xtreme Audio: Fixed split system and installed reverse camera successfully.Powerflow: Put a split system in the back, instead of front, with reverse camera not working. A R3500 extra quote later to get a converter box to accommodate so called camera.Xtreme Audio: Called during service for updates, and gave professional quotes.Powerflow: I was there the whole time due to no transport, so no calls. All I have is slips paid, with no boxes from amps etc for guarantee.OVERALL: XTREME AUDIO ALL THE WAY!!! if you want your sound to be put in the first time, the right way.

Six years ago I had a system placed in my jetta. Dealing with xtream audio was a nightmare. I was ripped off with the head unit and delay in delivery. Now that I want to remove the sound system I see that the door panels have been super glued because of poor workmanship
