We had the pleasure of staying in this house for 14 days! What a treat. It is a chic, contemporary property with miles and miles of unobstructed views of the ocean and beautiful fynbos. Very private but filled with light. Everything you can dream of is in this property. Beautiful and perfectly equipped kitchen, quality linen, beans-to-coffee machine, excellent sound system, amazing separate laundry room. Then there are those special treats like a moving wall that opens up on the nature reserve, private pool and automated blinds. Of all the luxury villas we have ever rented, this was my favourite. Thank you Bjorn and Annick for making the experience unforgettable and for the WONDERFUL welcome basket of goodies we found on arrival.

A spacious modern house. Upon arrival a wonderful welcome from the caretakers son. The fridge in the kitchen is stocked and there is a bread meal for the first evening. Another second fridge is also filled with drinks. There is a price list for this and you basically pay afterwards. Flower on the table. These were not alone. Halfway through the week the house was changed and cleaned and the towels changed and the pool was cleaned. Upon entering, I also struggled with the TV. An update took place .... The manager updated and he responded adequately. Came directly to watch. The problem was solved quickly. Top service from the caretaker Michele.Then to the bedrooms. We were four and so could choose. The largest dropped out. Ocean view, but only blinds. Too much light and too early light. The other 2 bedrooms have blinds in addition to a blackout curtain. That was a different story. All the strings were tangled or no longer worked properly. The beds are okay. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower. The finish level is luxurious everywhere. The telephone can be used freely for domestic use. The Wi-Fi is good. It is therefore surprising that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. You will soon miss that in the summers of South Africa. Especially in the bedrooms.The house is secured. That is also necessary in South Africa. It would be an added value for the house if the alarm could also be switched on at night for the ground floor only.The pool is in the courtyard. The sun does not shine much there. There is solar heating .... In December the water was too cold for us. We have ventured it for a moment.It is a beautiful vacation home with ocean views. We saw whales within half an hour and almost every day of our stay. The whale guarantee was fully achieved at the end of November and the beginning of December.
