This branch does not have to take a step back from any big city PostNet branches. Same look, same services. I was looking for a special brand of pen. Could not find this item at any stationary store. My eye caught the stationery section at this PostNet branch. Quickly hopped in and to my surprise they had several in stock. I also asked for a quote for a package I wanted to send. The staff gave me immediate service. Happy customer? 100%. Will go back again and again.

If I could give it lest then one star I would have. I have always had a great experience with postnet, but at this particular branch Im so disappointed. I have send papers that would normally only take a few days under normal postnet regulations, but at this post net they told me I can wait up till 3 month for a paper to get send by one postnet to another, how is that even possible?? I find it sad that one branch can have a negative effect on the whole companies reputation.
