It would be better if the staff could communicate better

No one at cash pay point and made us wait in the parking for standard food items. Not bakrwada

Food was not on standard one would want to expect from KFC and service was not good.

You always stand long the driver through and who ever is operating the microphone takes her time before helping you

Food was great.Sitdown was dirty. Had to ask the lady who is sanitizing to please clean the table. She cleaned with effort.

Im sorry to say that the chips was dry and the chicken does not taste the same as it was in the old day,what they call finger licking good, KFC has lost the plot !

It is an accomplishment to be able to so consistently provide terrible service and mess up a fast food that has globally stood the test of time. One would think that KFC themselves would care enough to do something. Anyway it may be quicker to drive to Bredasdorp KFC and if not at least the quality would be better.

Then having the nerve to tell you they only have crunch burgers left so that is the only thing we can order.And then passing us the slip with wet hands and having an attitude and ignoring us when we ask something because they are busy talking to each other, having a nice chat and laugh.Pathetic service guys.
