Very friendly staff and good service

Would be nice if they stocked quality hardware, but 90% is cheap *Build-It* re-branded cheap knock offs. To put it into perspective : I would rather pay more for a lock from a brand I trust like Viro or even Master than be forced to buy a rebranded *Build-It* lock, of unknown manufacture, and dubious strength.

Very convenient to have a Built It branch so close from where we stay. Nothing is so frustrating to run out of supplies midstream in working on a project. No fuss of getting in my car and quickly go and get more supplies. Since the first buy I trust Built It to always have the essentials. Never disappointed. Very neat and clean. The best hardware outlet in Gansbaai. A well stocked shop, clean and neat with ample parking. They normally have three tills going and I have never had a long wait at the tills.

Standing in the shop for over 20 min looking for stuff not a single person offed to help me and no they defiantly were not busy everyone was just standing doing Nothing and this is not the first time.Dont even get me started with delivery they had plenty of stock when i ordered my windows 2 days later they only delver 2 and then told me the other was sold tell me how do you sell stuff that is already paid for by a other client? waited 4 weeks to get the last window

Bought an item today, when we opened it at home it was broken and used. Returned it back for a replacement - Marnus the Manager made us feel like criminals as the item was used. He was extremely unfriendly and threw the item around... we will never return as cutomers again.
