Brilliant chow. The duck breast for me was slightly under cooked but the crust and the sides made up for it. Our waitress was so cool and very knowledgeable. Would recommend 🙏🏼

What a fabulous restaurant with amazing service and exquisite food. Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough - possibly one of the best meals I have ever had; and definitely the best way to have spent Christmas Day. And what’s more, they will pick you up from, and drop you back to, your accommodation.

Our evening was a bit disappointing. The service started well with the waiter attending to us, but as the night progressed we saw less and less of him. The food, like the service, was underwhelming. The starter (fried camembert) was served with a lavish amount of leaves which led me to believe it was rather a salad than what was stated on the menu. The Gnocchi for mains was just about the highlight of the evening. Although the substantial portion was tasty, I felt that the chef wanted the dish to be too many things. I rather prefer simpler dishes. This brings me to the low point of the evening. The baked lemon desert was one of the worst deserts of my life. The pastry had an odd taste (maybe duck fat was used - definitely a no-no) and all the ingredients, from the sesame seeds to the buttermilk to the lemon pie, clashed with each other. Not a good desert and I would not recommend the restaurant.

I agree with the previous comments on the chicken prawn curry was more than I could ever hoped for. We found our lunch experience to be four star quality. Large portions complimented by perfect seasoning and presentation. Be sure to save time to enjoy the 5 course dinner with wine pairing. Offers you a chance to try a few wines that you may have not had time to visit for a formal tasting.

We were there for my dads birthday and Nerbert did an excellent job, the beef short rib, recommended by Nerbert was delicious. Will definitely go come return to Monneaux and can recommend it to everyone .

We had a absolute wonderful lunch there yesterday although my husbands fish was dry! I had the pork shoulder that was out of this world delicious! We shared the cholcolate dessert that was beyond yummy! Well be back!!!

The food was very disappointing. Good service but completely overpriced. I have had so much better for half the price.The pork was tough, the Camenbert starter a ridiculously small portion and the dessert very average.

Immaculately curated and well thought-out dishes stimulate the eyes before giving the soul a hug. An absolute banging risotto and the smokey short rib was delicious. Service was spot on, too.

This is one of the best experiences I had a long time. Absolutely wonderful food and an awesome setting. Feels like a little peace of France in the winelands. this is the place to take your loved one for a special occasion. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it will be one to remember for many years to come. Very friendly staff and most accommodating.

Truly incredible food with impeccable service to match! Their menu is a little unique in that each evening there is a chefs special with 3- or 5-course options featuring 2 or 3 appetizer, main, and dessert options. You can add wine pairings or choose from a broad wine list. Alternatively, you can choose from the list of small plates which our waiter recommended 5-7 plates per person. We went with the chefs special, and were not disappointed.

Wonderful service. Free shuttle service for dinner. It’s not a young, hip scene like ROCA so just know what you’re signing up for. Food was good but not great. The coursing seemed odd (last course was a red meat and a sashimi) but we didn’t ask for a specific order so I would definitely specify that.
