Would not recommend using this company to look after your child whatsoever! Even though one of their nannies had contracted Coronoavirus and the country was in lockdown they have refused to refund our booking fee back and despite numerous emails asking for an update Sue now simply ignores all emails. So not exactly trustworthy. Will be contacting my credit card company to try get my money back from these fraudsters.

Everything about Wineland Nannies was excellent. sue was a pleasure to deal with, booking and payment was convenient and Esme, our nanny, was fantastic! I hired wineland nannies for my cousins wedding. I had to pay in advance and no one showed on the evening. I was unable to contact anyone via the cell numbers on the website. I ended up missing the wedding. And I am struggling to get them to refund the money. I definitely wouldnt recommend them.
