Great service. We bought sirloin steak and it was tasty, tender and perfect cut. Great butcher and will visit again.
Dont order their dry aging, they dont trim anything and the actual meat has deep veins of rancidnessEven after trimming, the rancidness has affected most of the meat, after cooking from the flavour being sour to the texture having a strange freezer burn appearance.Their biltong is excellent and their silverside decent as well and the staff were lovely when I went in but this is inexcusable.
