I called to check if they are open today given the fact that it is New Year’s Day tomorrow. I was told they are. I was then asked to suggest a time and said 15h00. I was told this time is okay. I then arrived at 15h00 and the shop was closed. I called the number displayed on Google and their website and I am then told they closed at 14h00.If that is the case, then why take my booking to begin with? The person clearly forgot about my booking probably because they never wrote it down, or they just didn’t care? Incredibly unprofessional.I understand mistakes happen but this isn’t the first time something like this has happened.Previously, I arrived for a 09h00 booking and the shop was closed. Upon calling I received an apology and was told they were in a meeting. I waited 10-15 min for them. Sorry, I gave them the benefit the first time around but won’t be returning unfortunately. I loved my haircuts I did have there (Reuben you know what you are doing and I thank you for that) but they really need to better manage their bookings and respect their customers’ time.

Yes, even with a balding head I still need a trim around the ears and back, as well as my facial hair. The Barber Club was able to cut my hair even with a power outage. The battery powered clippers were charged and ready to go. And they did a fine job.
