We had a geyser that had stopped heating up. Matthew was a real professional - came prepared with parts for what might have been the problem, which turned out to be right. It was just the thermostat that had broke down. Matthew tested to confirm no electrical issues, before installing, and even waited a bit afterwards just to see if the geyser was warming up. No need to replace the element, and only fixed what was needed - appreciate the honesty. Matthew even kindly answered some other plumbing questions I had, and even provided some worthwhile suggestions on how to save electricity costs. Great service and experience. Highly recommended and will contact again without hesitation. Thank you.

Matthew provided excellent service when attending to a blocked drain. Knowledgeable, polite and his attention to detail was very good - he did not leave until he was absolutely satisfied that he had sorted the problem. He also prided himself on leaving the working area clean and tidy. Very competitive call out fee. A job well done!
