When contacting Luc for assistance with plans for a property he advised that he would contact us back however; he decides to send an sms saying that he thinks we need a less qualified Architect. He does not even know what we need from them and is LESS interested to assist a customer. This is very poor customer service and is unacceptable. I will not recommend them to anyone as they think they are over qualified for any job!
