Well managed estate, clean and quite, apartments are modern with stunning finishes. Situated at the doorstep of the dreamy Dainfern Square shopping centre. As a resident at The Paddocks, you dont need to take a parking ticket, you just drive in-and-out with your full access card, best investment ever!

Its next to daifern square just a walking distance, there is also an entrance to it from the dainfern sqaure

My SA Home.. Though lil small but cozy apartments. Good amenities like club house, swimming pool, tennis court, car wash area.

The Paddocks , yes it is nicely situated in terms of area albeit the entrance is not easy to find.

Beautiful complex, air bnb experience there was a huge no so we had to leave the place the same time we arrived, security is also not impressive

The place is nice and secure but the problem if you are new here you dont know if its alright to use the Malls gate that give you the tag to pay and you not sure if you gonna pay when going out or.

Apartments here are incredibly small and very pricy.The security were also not 100 percent clued up as to the procedure to let me in and out (I was there to have a meeting with someone who lived in the estate)Not really worth living here unless youre a single person with a lot of money at your disposal - just a matter of personal opinion.Though there are other properties where one can pay less for more.

Much improved after new management. Great apartment complex with 24hr security, basketball/tennis court, clubhouse and pool. Close to great shopping, restaurants, elite schools and various other amenities.

One must drive through a shopping centre to enter the estate. Well maintained. Neat estate.

Lovely space but personally Im not in love with the set up of the bachelor apartments.

Beautiful with natural surroundings

The ground floor apartment had a consistent ant infestation. The estate manger at the time was incredibly rude and condescending. The estate itself is okay but the maintenance is poor, leaking toliets and a very slow response time. The bedrooms are small. Its fairly quiet though.

I stayed there for 1yrs nice place the complex has swimming pool inside and secured place its beside German country club. There is also nature park nearby these place.

Nice place to stay in! It is not a good investment though. When theres a heavy rain the water is coming from the brick wall and causes a small amount of flooding.

Nice living place for young couple or a bachelor

I lived here for a year, what a pleasure. Peaceful and secure.

The gaurds were useless and was evident when someone walked straight passed the gaurd house to my front door. I called the gaurd house telling them there is an intruder attempting to gain access. It eventually lead to a fight and I had to forcefully remove the person dragging them to the gaurd house.I asked for there assistance in removing the person and they stood and looked at me. I eventually threw the perpetrator at the gaurds asked them if I had to call police as they were unable to assist in the situation.Subsequently I moved out after that incident as safety can not be guaranteed.
