So I want to change security providers. Contacted them. Had an appoint with Juan for 11 the morning. He never arrived. Called him at 11:15 - no answer. Went to Secunda for business and he calls - some crisis, couldnt call yada yada. Told him its fine - when I conclude my business I will go home and contact him. I did that and was told he would see me in a little while (their office and my house are both in Evander - its a 5 minute drive). 4 days later - he never came to see me nor did he ever contact me again. Seems they have enough business and dont need more. And can afford to treat potential customers this badly.

Worst security service EVER! You can absolutely NOT RELY on them in an emergency! They take their time to respond, arriving anything from 20 - 60 minutes after you phone them when you suspect trouble or danger. It happened more than once. When they finally get to your house, they are in no hurry to help. Stretching their arms and back as if waking up after a nap! My child is often alone at home- I can not trust them to respond quickly if we press tyhe panic button or tyhe alarm goes off and you ask them to go have a look. Very dissapointing!!!!
