I went to fill my car at shell kinross and my card declined due to network but on my side transaction went through, so i was forced to pay while my transaction went through than i paid with my other account. I havent got my money even today i went to the manager on Thursday he still turn me down. He told me to wait another week or so. All these heppened on the 3 of October, its been more dan a week but they havent reverse my money. Poor service on management they their time to attend a costume. VERY POOR.

The worst ever service providerThey are discriminating towards clients .Eg. They will let certain customers with 5liter cans fill up fuel and others notThe manager Mr Mokoena removed his glasses in a gesture to assault me when I confronted him in the manner of their services.He challenged me to take my business somewhere elseSo I am done with this incompetent service provider and will remain a loyal client to Sasol N17Management Style at Kinross Shell. Dont buy anything from themShell Kinross is more expensive with their fuel price than their neighbouring Sasol counterpart,a kilometer or so from it.With this their service to some of the public is something to write home about.For instance, my grand children missed their school buses that take them them to Secunda and Evander.I rush of so they could be on time and instead,I got stuck with fuel in Thistle Grove,where we liveGetting to town,I ask if they could help me to fill up a 5litr can with diesel fuelI was denied even after I explain to the Supervisor about my situation.Bear in mind that not one of the workers knows anything about safety and the translation of the safety signs( I am a Safety Practitioner for the last 12yrs)I was referred to the sign board that suggest fuel can that costs easily over R250.00I was assisted by another petrol attendant who I had to pay R20.00 for the can they hired.Now the next day 2 other customers bought from the same Kinross Shell garage fuel which was poured in their 5litr containers.One them is running restaurant Bar behind the local FNBNot so far as two days ago I had inflate my car tires of which I was rudely told by the manager , Mr Mokoena that the pumps has been broken by some tyre fixers.Its when he ,Mr Mokoena got personal when I remind that I was given the same type of bad service when I ask for a container for fuel.Mr Mokoena removed his glasses and this only meant that he was gonna assault me.I retreat and left their premisesI later called the owner,Mr Yusuf Dendar,who in turn didnt want to give me a hearing,instead he told me that its not him or his company that needs to fix damaged equipment but Shell.The services tendered to us and the discriminatory treatment I got from this Kinross Shell is unacceptable.I was told to take my business somewhere else.On this I will do and will make sure that I inform all or most of the people that I know.It is so that Sasol N17 fuel is much cheaper and the service there much much better.The Attendants are like familyThey attendants never give you any reasons to go to management and Vise visaI would recommend Sasol N17 services over Kinross Shell

What a good surprise. Fantastic service, clean toilets and great shop.

Shop was nicely upgraded. Pity tgat the sevice on the driveway is worse than ever. No control. Used as a parking spot by clients. Manager not to be seen. Some clients are simply ignored. Cars windows never ever cleaned. Forced to move to another garage after almost 20 years.

Better than most. Cheaper and OK to stay overnight cheaply with camper an.
