Can never go wrong with the food and coffee at Mugg & Bean, especially a well managed franchise as this is. The soup is a fantastic tummy filler on a winter day.

Ive been there 3 times since I relocated to Ermelo beginning of this year. Each time I had a great experience, the waiters are really nice, and if they missed your call, they call you back.I love Ermelo Mugg&Bean❤.

Situated in Mall @ Reds its convenient and the food is always great. Managed well and staff are super friendly. Breakfast on the go is always a winner, their lemon meringue pie is delicious and prices are reasonable.

Love this Mugg and Bean.Its a very reliable and cosy spot for our stops on the way to KNP.You are definitely going to have a great coffee and some delicious food on your stop over here. Nice safe parking. Friendly staff make the experience pleasant and great to relax after a few grueling hours on the road.

Good place for a quick meal but one drawback. The chefs do not know how to prepare eggs to the customers request. Please let you chef learn how to make a fried egg over easy. Over easy means the egg yolks is still soft

Quite a nice Mugg n Bean, food is good. Waitresses are super slow, especially in bringing your bill at the end. Lots of parking and quite a lot of shade under big trees.

Im not sure if management has changed, we literally found a crockroach in our food and the manager said its the weather but other colleagues have confirmed that they have bought twice rotten muffins. My advice is stay away for now until they sort out the quality control

Always good to sit down and drink a coffee and eat a peace of fresh cake. Please do something about your toilets. No for the faint hearted. Staff is sharing. Not to good.

Fantastic stop en route to Mozambique. Lovely food, great service, friendly waitress. Lost a star due to dodgy loos but overall a really good experience.

The Ranchers Omelette was great, it is a filling breakfast but not too heavy. The waitresses were a bit inattentive but otherwise everything was good.

The food tastes delicious and the meals are very big... The staff are very friendly and actually gets to know you, when we walk in they always ask if they can order long island ice teas for us. So its like they get to know you on a personal level and remember your face and what you normally order, the service is excellent. Try the long island ice teas, youll be having a siesta after

One of the few good places you can sit for a coffee and a slice of Cake in Ermelo. Just closes too early - as you are getting into your good drink & before you down a glass you just have to get going.... otherwise great place, awesome service and quiet cosy

Excellent service

The M&B in Ermelo has been under new ownership/management since November 2018 and one can feel - and taste - the difference. I enjoy meeting friends there and Ive never been there without bumping into a familiar face!If you are travelling through Ermelo it is a very convenient stop.

Portion sizes are ridiculously small and the food is tasteless... I kid you not 7 chips on the side that is it... It lacks passion and heart. They can take a few tips from the Secunda branch. We also waiting very long and when the food came it was the wrong order.

Very nice food but the problem is that their toilets are outside and they are not comfortable. They must do something about it. Theres no hot water at the basin and remember Ermelo is very cold, especially today it was very cold. I tried to check the lights outside and I could not see them, for the toilets at night, it must be dangerous especially for women and children.

We had to seat ourselves and pull up our own tables (and the restaurant was not busy). The on duty manager only arrived at10:20. The toilets were dirty and smelly and the woman’s toilet stall was occupied by a kitchen staff member for over 15 minuets..Even worse, my omelet arrived with a hair in it (the photo will be on Facebook). All in all we had had a very bad experience.

Food is always good.. during the week the Service is 5star but on Sundays they seem a weebit slow.Could be due to understaffed. Otherwise lekker!!
