I think the hotel is not that bad but they need to improve on certain aspect.The staff is friendly and welcoming, The rooms are OK. The TV channels must be upgraded and add other key channels. The food, Im really not happy with the menu, please do something,you cant be feeding people same food. Increase the breakfast time to atleast 10:30 during weekends. Please increase the heat level on the geysers the water is just warm and get cold quickly. Otherwise, cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is good.

The place is clean with a friendly staff. Its next to shopping complex for you convenience. I can recommend to everyone.

The hotel must really relook their room key systems. I had an experience of trying for more than 30 minutes to unlock my hotel room. Imagine if I had an emergency to rush to the loo!

The ladies at reception are friendly Im attending training for 3days.Conference rooms are accommodative as per number of people e.g ours is small cause of we about 20 People, I saw one big enough to accommodate about 50 if not more people.Facility is clean and I love that it has a pool to.

The food was like a normal home cooked meal nothing extra ordinary, the electricity was always supplied even during loadshading.

Not the very best place to stay. Struggled to open the shower, lights in some areas were not working. One great thing that kept me happy was the internet connection. Please improve the amenities in the room.

Its beautiful hotel with friendly staff that observe covid-19 protocols and they make you feel at home away from home the hotel has a gym, swimming pool(no swimming though) because of the covid-19, braai area, big parking space with a wheelchair entrance to the hotel, the rooms are comfortable and big clean and sanitized.

Their rooms are too nice but the food was not ayoba, they didnt cater for non pork eaters. Invest in the best coffee plz

The staff at this place constantly make you feel like a nuisance. Despite being a paying customer you’ll be met with eye-rolls, dirty looks and excuses for why certain standard requests can’t be met. Definitely won’t be staying here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone. There was also a cockroach in my shower one morning.

This is a three star hotel and complies to the rating requirements. The hotel is neat and tidy with conference facilities and offers good food. The buildings are somewhat dated but the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The service level is low, complimentary coffee & tea only one white or brown sugar per person sharing. Phone not working to reception. Overall not very high service levels. Rooms are neat and tidy.

Superb accommodation. Everything is clean, in working order - and the food is superb. Excellent facilities including gym and recreation room. I would happily return.

You better off buying two watermelons and using them as pillows and while you in town try to get a ply wood sheet and sleep on that as it will be a lot softer . The bar staff was very loud , while standing next to each other . The tv only had 4 channels no Dstv and kept on going off every 5 mins . The place is over priced for what you getting . The WiFi was not working all the time . Will I ever go back ? No ! . Will I ever recommend it ?. No ! . Check in was very easy and friendly staff

If it is not cold water while preparing yourself to go to work for a meeting in Ermelo Inn it is not Ermelo Inn. They specialise in cold water😡

Great place to visit, more especially if you are looking for a quiet place to stay in, beautiful swimming pool, their rooms are big and the food is very good,car park as well very big, secure and safe.

I wish they can uplift their gymnasium. Some equipment is not working

Very poor service by the staff. No one seems to be interested in what they do, from reception to restaurant & laundry service. Except for the rooms which are clean. Management to spend money on customers service training for staff. Not coming back

No drinking water in the rooms, First night the room was dusty. The shower 🚿 is smelly. If you want to iron your clothes you always have to go out of your room. Sooo bad!

Ermelo inn has what you need. Its a slightly dated hotel in appearance but the conference facilities are adequate.

Unprofessional restaurant staff. I arrived at the restaurant to place an order for dinner and there was no one around.The lady finally arrives after a long hunger wait, when she gets there she doesn’t even ask what I need.So I place my order for lamp chops, after an hour of placing the order she brings me toasted chicken mayo sandwich which I ordered for lunch.Now I have to wait another hour for my dinner. How inconsiderate and rude when I tell her that the order is wrong.

My experience at Ermelo Inn gas never been a good one. On 08/03/18 I put up there for the night and didnt have a two pin plug to charge my gadgets. I called reception for assistance in this regard. The young lady at reception said shell come and show me where to plug my phone. Im still waiting, Ive even checked out on a sour note

Unfriendly front of house / reception staff. Nkosi and night manager very indifferent. I frequently stay there and most times experience this at reception.Gym was closed apprx 5pm and when i asked to use gym was told will open when manager free. Waited ten mins and returned to reception. Where nkosi could not borher that i was by now agitated.I doubt reception staff professionally trained.
