The service is a bit slow

The service was terrible my percil was damaged and I did not even recieve an apology.. the lady just said it not thier fault. And gave me my parcel and the receipt and walked away.

1 Star rating is not even deserved. USELESS and PATHETIC service different story every time you speak to them. Couriered some items they say it is being dispatched only to find out 3 days later the truck was hijacked. USELESS
