Mr. Lakes the owner of Matrix was a student of mine when he was at School. I was his Afrikaans Teacher. He can speak very well Afrikaans. He can serve the Afrikaans clients very well. He is the only one that I go for computer challenges. He and his team always give excellent service to me. So if you have computer challenges take it to Matrix.

Had absolutely horrific service from them. Will never set foot in Ermelo Matrix ever again. Would rather wait a few days and buy from the Matrix website and pay the shipping than to buy from them. Attitude of some staff members is unacceptable in the Sales and Tech world. Overall I feel that Matrix in the whole is too expensive with services and products.
