The most helpful staff in the service department
Will NEVER in my life support this dealership again. We drove 2 and a half hours to buy a car and their aftersales service is non existent. Blaming us for driving over something, causing damages on the vehicle. Which never happened. Absolutely useless service.

Phoned the dealership yesterday. LENHA was SUPPOSE to call me back. This is how desperate they are for sales during this period. PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR FOR A MERC DEALERSHIP
After servicing my 2.0 CRDI Hyundai Tucson Elite twice (15K and 30K) at De Witt Motors, I would prefer not taking it back for another service. They might know how to service a Mercedes, but the same focus is clearly not on Hyundai. In my opinion, the technician lack serious experience and skill and none of the issues that I have raised on both services was resolved.

Great Service! Our wheel bearing gave trouble as we were passing through Ermelo. They helped in getting a bearing from a different supplier aswell as fitting it immediately. Thank you very much to the staff that assited as we were able to stil drive safely home on the same day
