Management staff are great to work with, sales staff, however, are arrogant and have no professional communication skills what so ever.Over all, I think with a week or two of training for the sales team staff members on how to treat clients it would definitely make it a five-star establishment.

Big bouquet of roses to Vanessa, a Service Consultant at BMW Ermelo. I was driving through the town and heard a noise that came from the left rear tyre. She attended to me with such an excellent attitude and solved the problem within a short space of time. Shes an asset to BMW. To steal a phrase, Give that woman a raise!
