The frontline lady is friendly but it is not worth the empty promises made.To put a net and shade took them over a month, excuses varied from the weather, waiting for stock etc. Finally a very sub-standard product was delivered a..real junk..I will never ever use them again!

They have reasonable prices, way better than the competition, however at times when you show up during business hours you find the doors closed which sometimes forces you to go the competition if you are in need of urgent products.

Since they repaired my pool pump in April 2018, I have tried on a number of occasions to get them to come and fix the level of the pump filter which now overflows every time you unscrew the lid. With every enquiry, a new job card gets opened, all to no avail as I am still waiting. Not the kind of service you want to advertise or that one should commend.
