I am utterly disgusted at the service that is provided by Greyhound. Firstly the bus going from Durban to Empangeni was run down, things were broken and it was filthy and very hot inside a bus that was full of people.Fast forward to Sunday and the bus is more than an hour late with no notifications at all. The location in Empangeni is a very dangerous area at night so we were at risk waiting for a bus we didnt know if and when it would arrive.Finally the bus arrives and it is distugusting. There is urine all over the bus as well as bottles and cups everywhere.A nosey ride with a fan blowing hot air into the bus with a horrible stench the entire trip. Conductor and driver were not friendly or approachable.Driver was speeding and almost went off the yellow line a few times. Very scary experience.This is the first and last time I would ever use this option if travelling as the R1800 we paid for the 2 of us for this disgusting service is unacceptable.
