The food is fresh and the prices are fair.so the experience shopping there is delightful 🤗💛.there is no overcrowding.

Quality of products not to a good standard and the shopping area is over stocked.One needs to request for items advertised on special as they are not placed on the shelves as they should be.

Fresh produce FAR from fresh - fresh herbs leaves already turning black. Same for most of the other green leafy veggies. Broccoli turning yellow, cauliflower turning yellow/black. Totally unsatisfactory.

I was not impressed by the quality of the vegetables I found in this shop. Fresh parsley, avocado, and most vegetables are stale.

I liked this place for its quiteness and easy shopping the location is great but I do think that more shops must added in 5 ways mall especially clothing shops

The fruits and veggies are hardly ever fresh. They are mostly in the early stages of moulding

Everytime I go there theres a long line and only 1 or 2 till open and cant find anyone to help when I want to query something or they dont know anything

Unless you are suicidal dont even enter the premises. Rotten food in most of the racks no regard or compliance for/to any of the Covid-19 precautions. Very little variety of vegetables mostly rotten or in an early stage of rot. Staff at tills rude not interested in assisting.

Two weeks after opening day, I eventually decided to go to the new food lovers market in empangeni, I was shocked by the poor response from the floor staff who seemed totally disinterested in helping customers, furthermore pricing was missing, or misleading throughout the store. And after buying what I needed, I got home with a pack of small portobello mushrooms only to find out that they were stinking!! So..... I am rating a 2 star till I see improvement.
