Phone went in took 15 days to replace no feedback from the people had to keep calling and emailing to find out what was happening on the plus side the assistant manager Lebo managed to resolve the issue within 24hours of speaking to her and resolved all the issue I would recommend speaking to her for any issues

Great network. Always lines there now due to COVID. 2 star because I wanted to cancel my contract after 2 failed attempts on they cancelation number. They insisted I call again and wait another month even after I told them about the past 2 failures. Didnt want to let me in to make a phone call even though its noisy outside the shop in the corridors. Poor customer service and inconsideration

The lady was not helpfull at all I just want to migrate to abigger package and she did not have the knowledge to help me. I was very dissapointed to say the least. After 15 years with Vodacom not a good Experience, she was patetic!!!

I brought a screenprotecter but it fell of within a half an hour ...they replaces it and then within a day it started lifting up again i payed R300 i dont recommend them to anyone.

Service is terrible. They never answer the phone when you try to find out about a product. They never have stock of what you want. When you insist on speaking to a manager the manager is not in.
