Had a good experience with Multichoice. Took my Explora is to be checked, the staff were helpful abd friendly. They sorted out the issue i had with my Explora. I recommend Multichoice to everyone.

The worst service available. Staff are arrogant and do not know how to treat customers. They informed me that they were offline and could not help me. I contacted another agent in the next town and they could help. The offline was due to an upgrade by DSTV for all thier agents. Amazing how they could not work but the next town could. While standing there they told all the cistomers to come back tomorrow as the system was down. This is the second time I have had a bad experience there. DSTV should close the place
