Package got sent here by accident, the staff were okay. It took a few minutes to find my package but they did try and search for it atleast.

Received very bad service. Staff is not friendly. Waited nearly 15min during this time not one of the staff apologized for the long wait.When I asked them about this long wait the one lady snapped at me. She clearly has a attitude problem and does not know how to work with customers.One postive point is that their sms system works.But overall very disappointed. Will not use them again.
We received horrible service from the Yolandi at Postnet Saveways. She is rude, with no idea how to deal with people, and then I am not even talking about customers. She told me directly that she does not feel like going through the packages to look for mine, that I need to give her they waybill number first so that she can see if it arrived before she goes to the effort - excuse me? And this after Postnet Cape Town confirmed the package was delivered 2 weeks ago. And then, with all of this Yolandi gave us the wrong package!! This lead to the wonderful Rene finding our package and making sure the Owner herself bringing it to us (we live 70km from Witbank). But I never ever want to deal with that Yolandi ever again. She needs to realise how lucky she is to have a job in the first place given our unemployment rate is at 26.6%.
