Its reasonable service that you will get. Not as fast as they should be at the counter but then its reasonable.

They have a tendency of advertising things and mention that it is on sale while it is actually more expensive. (Manipulating customers)

P&L Hardware Elim is very good and cheap for us.

The service was bad indeed, Ive waited for more than 30minutes not attended to. Unfortunately I learned that the manager was not around as Im a regular customer, should the manager was there I would have reported that to him, as I know he is a customer serving an.
