Moving into the complex in 1 months! Very excited

I hate this place. It has too many children running around making noise.I lived there for 10 months and terminated my lease.Roach infested, rats in the ceiling 😔.Worst living experience Ive had in the rental market in the east yet.

Beautiful place and safe

I have been here for the past 4 years. I have to say that this place is very well managed. There are two swimming pools with braai areas so that you dont have to walk too far. It is safe, there are many cameras & security is always patrolling. Electric fencing. There is an armed reaction unit. Fingerprint access. Units are a little small, however it is value for money. It is clean & quiet, however you can enjoy music as long as it is not extremely loud.

The complex is nice on the outside.

Refused access by security to load 2 carpets within the premises otherwise asked to carry them out by head. What a shame!

Nice secure place ,safe to live with family

Great Apartments, especially for roommates or for individuals.

Seems a happy community of flats on upper and lower levels.. swimming paddle pools in between

A bit difficult to get in, unless you notify someone in advance you aint getting in
